Over 26 years managing financial assets in the United States.
Crews of 150+ people across 17 Hilton hotels and other major construction projects.
Thousands of decisions where getting it wrong wasn’t an option.

When we launched Gold Coast Estates, the idea was simple — bring that same level of rigor to real estate.

We operate in three markets, USA, Spain and Ghana, because we believe diversification isn’t just a concept for stocks.

What we do
We sell and rent properties for more than they’d go for without us. No 6% commission — we only charge if we increase your property’s value.
Fixed price, guaranteed deadline, in-house team. If we go over schedule or over budget, we cover the difference.
We analyze, acquire, renovate, and operate properties and we invest alongside you. If a deal doesn’t make sense for us, we don’t propose it.
